Saturday, February 10... Day 10: Date Night

Tonight since it was day 10, we took a break from cooking and went out for date night. We tried to be aware of what we were eating but we also wanted to enjoy our dinner. I'm not going to lie, I ate lobster and steak with a side of steamed vegetables and a baked potato. It was delicious! A few things that we noticed is we were full much quicker now that we've been used to eating at home and having better portion control.



I went online and found the nutritional value for the steak but couldn't find it on their website for the lobster. However looking at how bad the steak is in calories and sodium is shocking! Honestly I was thinking eating a piece of meat wasn't so bad for you, boy is that a misconception.
